By Keith Mahne

Today, we begin a new segment here on Disney Avenue called Disney in 8mm. These segments will feature some old souvenir films Disney made and sold in the gift shops; they include some amazing old images of the parks. Let’s start off with an 8mm film of the Magic Kingdom from around the late 1970s. Continue after the page break and let’s start the show…

The back of the box reads,

The Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. You’ll discover a new world of entertainment unlike any other vacation destination. This specially produced film tour takes you to such memorable attractions as the “Country Bears Jamboree,” historic “Liberty Square,” “The Hall of Presidents,” and much, much more.”
